Name released of dead man found in Trumann Tuesday

TRUMANN, AR (KAIT) – Trumann Police has identified the man
found dead behind a shed Tuesday afternoon as Dale Riley.

According to Trumann Police Chief Chad Henson, 58-year-old Riley was
found dead behind a shed on Ozark Avenue North Wednesday. Police believe he's
been homeless for the past 2 months.

Chief Henson tells Region 8 News, it appears the man died of
natural causes, but says the medical examiner told them it could take 6-8 weeks
before the toxicology report would be final.

Henson did say the death was not considered foul play.

If you bought a pair of Skechers Shape-Ups believing they would help you tone up, you’re due for a refund.

Skechers USA has agreed to settle a lawsuit over how it marketed its Shape-Ups, Tone-Ups and Resistance Runner athletic shoes.

The lawsuit alleged that without adequate support for its claims, Skechers claimed the rocker-bottom shoes helped wearers lose weight, burn calories, improve circulation, fight cellulite and strengthen thigh, buttock and back muscles.
